Imagine being a caterpillar who’s entered the cocoon. You’ve left behind the familiar comfort of crawling, but haven’t yet emerged as a butterfly. The cocoon is dark, tight, and isolating, but it’s also the birthplace of transformation. The Dark Night of the Soul is that cocoon—a sacred crucible where your soul burns away illusions to reveal your truest essence.

A covert narcissist is a true wolf in sheep’s clothing. The abuse slips underneath the radar, and that’s why you’ll probably think, "How did I not see that this was happening?" They create the image of an empathetic, caring, and giving person and can even hide behind their altruistic job titles.
